Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Biomedical Site Manager. This position is critical in overseeing the management and operation of biomedical facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and promoting a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of biomedical sites, ensuring efficient workflow and staff coordination.

Implement and maintain compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure proper function and upkeep of biomedical equipment.

Manage inventory and procurement of biomedical supplies and equipment.

Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

Provide training and development opportunities for site staff, enhancing their skills in biomedical management.

Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals and improve service delivery.

Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising quality.

Prepare and present reports on site operations to senior management.

Essential Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a biomedical management role or relevant field.

Strong technical knowledge of biomedical equipment and technologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in writing reports and documentation.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Desired Experience

Experience in a healthcare or laboratory setting is preferred.

Familiarity with regulatory standards related to biomedical operations.

Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 annually
