Role summary
• Responsible for producing documents as per client instructions on MS Office / Creative platform
• Excellent PowerPoint skills including animation / transition effects
• Interact with clients to clarify doubts and provide suggestions on layouts, designs
• Quality check the document output produced by the Document Specialists, before delivering to the end client, and report all impediments to the Training Manager / Process Trainer / Client Manager
• To be involved in all training program organized by Williams Lea part of orientation, induction and performance
• To be able to mentor and coach the set of members on their technical skills and to bring them up to required performance
• Produce all necessary reports related to Quality, Efficiency and other parameters to gauge performance of the Presentation Specialists / Team
• Works closely with Workflow Coordinators / Training Manager on a daily basis Hours of Work
• Willingness to work on day & night shifts (9 hours) on a rotation / continuous basis
• Flexibility to work on demand as per operational requirements
• Adaptable to work on Saturdays and Sundays, or on holidays
Educational Qualification • Bachelors Degree in any discipline (preferable in Commerce / Arts / Literature) • MS Office 2016 / 2013 certification / qualification (preferable) with knowledge of Adobe suite (advantage
