Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Specialty Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.

Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.

Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.\n\nINTERVIEWS: (MULTI-ROUND)\nRound 1 - Technical screen with team leads\nRound 2 – Tech Screen with principal engineer - 2&3 maybe combined \nRound 3 – QA-screening with hiring manager and/or peers / Final sign off by leadership Solid Java/J2EE and SQL skills and very hands-on (no Project Mgmt/Lead/Architect alone kind of personality sought) – hands on, is a must
