Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the accounting team and act as the primary resource for day-to-day operations.

Maintain and enhance internal controls, ensuring the role drives data integrity and robust accounting practices.

Manage month-end and year-end close processes, account reconciliations, and journal entries under the supervision of the Accounting Manager.

Coordinate year-end audits and work directly with external auditors as the appointed Accounting Manager overseeing compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field-CPA or CMA preferred.

Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
