Part-Time Head of HR and Operations London Up to £56,376 Pro Rata Our client a Global leader in Dance Education is looking for an experienced and motivated Head of HR and Operations to lead their HR function and oversee key operational areas including facilities and technology.

This role is central to supporting the team and ensuring they continue to grow as an inclusive, high-performing organisation.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver people strategy, aligned with their mission and values Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, performance, and wellbeing Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture Manage operational functions including facilities and IT coordination Provide HR reporting, ensure compliance, and manage budgets The successful candidate will have proven significant HR experience, including strategic and operational leadership, an understanding of employment law and best practices ad experience of managing teams, budgets, and external suppliers The role is part-time working 28 hours per week across 4 days (Tuesdays and Fridays required, 9am–5pm) At least 1 day per week in our London office, with flexibility to work remotely.
