Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Solar Remediation Technicians to join our team for a large-scale solar commercial rooftop projects traveling in several locations across TN & GA. The ideal candidate will have previous commercial or utility-scale solar installation experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship. Schedule: Mon-Fri

Duration: 5 Weeks

Pay: $27.00 HR

Per Diem: $225.00/day (paid 4 days per week only, capped weekly)

Responsibilities:

Use MC4 disconnect tool to safely disconnect modules, install jumpers, and tie into rapid shutdown systems

Perform clean, code-compliant wire management on flat commercial roofs

Follow LOTO and site safety procedures; maintain clean documentation as required

Coordinate with site leads to meet daily production goals across multiple facilities

Collaborate with crew leads to ensure seamless workflow

Follow all safety protocols and site procedures

Requirements:

2+ years of solar installation experience required on commercial or utility scale solar projects.

Comfort working at heights and with lift equipment (scissor lifts, boom lifts, etc.)

Must have your own hand tools, drill, impact, and charged batteries

Ability to read and follow installation plans and layout drawings

Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

Ability to pass a random drug screen and background check

Ability to work outdoors in weather all conditions.
