We're seeking a Staff Facilities Engineer with deep expertise in production and midstream operations.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on complex projects, cross-team collaboration, and driving technical innovation in facility design, risk management, and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do: * Lead planning, design, and project management for production and midstream facilities * Develop facility layouts, budgets, and timelines while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements * Apply process modeling tools (e.g., ProMax) to simulate scenarios and optimize operations * Collaborate with engineering, operations, environmental, and reservoir teams to solve complex challenges * Evaluate and implement new technologies to reduce costs and improve efficiency * Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers * Conduct root cause and failure analysis, advising management on improvements and corrective actions * Ensure compliance with environmental and emissions regulations while driving ESG-related initiatives What We're Looking For: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Petroleum, or Mechanical) from an ABET-accredited institution * 12+ years of progressive engineering experience, including at least 3 years in midstream operations * Strong knowledge of Marcellus and Utica shale basins * Expertise in well pad design, compressor stations, process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and equipment evaluation * Proficiency with process modeling and integrity management tools * Solid track record of leading projects, mitigating risk, and evaluating capital investments * Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills Additional Details: * Office-based role with occasional field visits (minimal travel required) * Regular business hours, Monday-Friday * Must hold a valid driver's license and meet insurance qualifications to operate company vehicles If you're ready to take on a senior technical role where your expertise shapes the future of production and midstream operations, please send your resume to Brandon at . #LI-DNI
