Knight's Grill Worker (Closes by 2PM every day) (For Current SCC

Student employee needed to restock items, clean and provide support to the Knight's Grill on campus.

* Students must be enrolled in AT LEAST 6 credit hours to qualify for FWS Program This is a part-time opportunity.

Students may work up to 15 hours per week, depending on their unmet need on their FASFA.* IMPORTANT NOTICE: Federal Work Study is federally funded need based aid to assist students with the cost of attending college.

This listing is intended for students that will attend Surry Community College during the 2025-2026 academic year and have need determined by the federal government.

* Re-Stocking as needed * Follow food safety regulations * Clean and Prep serving area regularly * Cleaning of all aspects of the cooler, floor, machines, etc.

* Any other duties assigned by supervisor.

General Qualifications * Dependable * Good work ethic * Pay attention to detail Required Qualifications * Ability to stand 4-6 hours at a time.

* Listen and follow directions Preferred Qualifications * ServSafe Certification (not required, but preferred) * Previous Food service experience Physical Demands * Ability to lift at least 20 pounds.
