SALARY AND FRINGE BENEFITS

Base salary for teachers the 2024-25 school year is $38,696 (plus TRS and health insurance benefits, as agreed upon by the Dixon Education Association and the Board of Education.) The 2025-2026 base salary for teachers will be finalized and updated once contract negotiations are completed.Fifteen (15) days per year sick leave.

Two (2) days personal leave per year.
