Job Description:

The Department of Business Administration invites applications for a full-time tenure-track faculty position specializing in Accounting and General Business. The successful candidate will demonstrate teaching excellence and a strong potential for scholarly productivity. A PhD or DBA in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in accounting, general business, and related subjects.

• Participate in scholarly research and contribute to academic publications.

• Support the continuous development of the business curriculum.

• Serve on university committees and engage in activities related to ACBSP accreditation.

• Prepare detailed course syllabi and teaching materials.

• Maintain accurate course records and report attendance, grades, and student performance on Canvas.

• Conduct end-of-semester course evaluations.

• Provide regular office hours to assist students.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• A PhD or DBA in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline (preferred).
