We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to support our daily operations and ensure a smooth work environment.
Responsibilities: • Answer and direct phone calls and manage incoming/outgoing mail.
• Greet clients and visitors and provide a welcoming first impression.
• Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems.
• Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and preparing documents.
• Assist with managing office supplies and keeping the office tidy.
• Provide general support to office staff and management.
Qualifications: • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office software.
• High attention to detail and ability to work with discretion.
• Ability to work diligently under pressure and meet deadlines.
