IT Manager

We are looking for a talented IT Manager who will be responsible for the seamless operation of our entire IT infrastructure, ensuring our hypermarket remains at the forefront of efficiency and customer service.

Key Responsibilities: • System and Network Management: Oversee daily administration of all IT systems, including servers, networks, and hardware/software support.

• Technical Support: Provide expert troubleshooting and technical assistance to all departments, ensuring minimal downtime.

• Project Leadership: Manage and execute IT projects from start to finish, including system upgrades, new implementations, and migrations.

• Security & Performance: Maintain and enhance the security, reliability, and performance of our entire IT setup.

What We're Looking For: • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT administration, ideally within a hypermarket or retail setting.

• Proven expertise with ERP system; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a significant advantage.

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and network protocols.

• Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

• The ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively with a team.
