Key Responsibilities:
Guest Support: Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
Table Bussing and Resetting: Clear and reset tables efficiently to ensure a clean and welcoming dining area.
Silverware and Glassware: Polish and roll silverware and polish glassware to maintain the highest standards of presentation
Food Delivery: Assist servers by traying up and delivering food to guests in a professional and timely manner.
Reservation Management: Use the OpenTable app to assist with seating guests and managing reservations when needed.
Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room and service areas.
Professional Appearance: Uphold a polished and professional appearance at all times, adhering to the restaurant’s grooming standards.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with servers, hosts, dish and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
Requirements:
Age Requirement: Must be 19 years or older.
Availability: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak times for the restaurant.
Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the restaurant.
Licensing: Must be able to obtain an Ohio Lottery Non-Gaming License (casino requirement).
Technology Proficiency: Must be comfortable using the OpenTable app for assisting with reservations and seating arrangements.
Customer Service Skills: Possess strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide excellent service under pressure.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items (such as trays and buss tubs) throughout shifts.
