WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE JOB As a mechanic, you'll spend your days diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining equipment critical to our crews' success.

You'll work on a variety of vehicles and machinery, including: * Heavy-duty pickup trucks * Bobcat skidsteers * Small engines and related equipment While this position is based in Powell, occasional travel may be required to assist crews in the field.

This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

You'll play a vital role in keeping our operations moving safely and efficiently.

* Have proven mechanical experience * Can work on trucks, skidsteers, and small engines * Are reliable, safety-minded, and detail-oriented * Can lift 80-100 lbs as needed * Work well independently and as part of a team * Take pride in doing quality work with your hands PAY & BENEFITS * Starting wage: $35/hour, based on experience * Full-time position * Eligible for insurance after 2 full months of full-time work * Eligible for holiday pay after 6 months of full-time work * Vacation begins accruing after 1 full year * After 1 year, SWi contributes 3% of gross wages into a SEP account toward retirement * Tools available if needed READY TO PUT YOUR SKILLS TO WORK?
