QA Compliance Specialist (m/f/d)

Bayer HealthCare Manufacturing is looking for a brilliant and smart Quality Assurance Compliance Specialist to join the Quality Assurance department (Quality Assurance Compliance team).

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES:

Review of batch production documentation, using electronic batch records

Assist in the preparation of documents related to batch disposition and market supply (e.g. Certificate of Analysis – CoA, Certificate of Compliance – CoC)

Participate in QA activities, including GEMBA WALK, QA on SHOPFLOOR and oversight of calibration and maintenance activities

Management and update of procedure

Contribute to the management and archiving of batch documentation

WHO YOU ARE:

Master’s degree in CTF, Pharmacy and Biotechnology

At least 6 months of previous experience in production and QA activities and strong GMP knowledge. More than 6 months of work experience will be a plus.

Good interpersonal and organizational skills, flexibility, ability to work in a team and proactivity with an analytical approach

Precision, accuracy and sense of responsibility complete the profile

Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge, including strong Excel skills, and a good knowledge of SAP

Residence or domicile in Lombardy

Fluent in English and Italian mother tongue
