Installation Technician

Job Description

Titan Technology is seeking a responsible and professional Installation/Service Technician. Applicants must be able to pass a background check and drug test. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Applicants must own tools (job specific tools will be supplied as needed). Titan Technology will supply job specific training as required.

RESPONSIBILLITES:

Assemble, Install, Configure, and Test industry standard Smart Safes (80 to 250lbs).

Instruct Customers in the use of the equipment.

Document each installation (pictures and notes) in our App or Website. (Smart phone or Laptop required).

Arrive prepared and On Time for scheduled jobs assigned.

Maintain Safe and Neat work area with a professional appearance while at customer sites.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Familiarity with electro-mechanical equipment.

Work with touch screen interfaces to configure and program equipment.

Ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing situations.

Ability to handle hand and power tools.

Ability to handle physical movement and placement of equipment being installed (up to 250lbs).

Ability to work with our customers while on site in a professional and pleasant manner.

Ability to work with and communicate with our staff via. Telephone, Text, or Email.
