If you are a Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic or Maintenance Technician with 1+ years of successful experience that includes experience in an industrial setting working on mechanical, electrical--this could be an excellent opportunity for you in the Grand Rapids/Greenville, Michigan, area.

Your Background -- You will have the following qualifications for this to be a fit:

High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.

1+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting (not facilities or property management) working on mechanical, electrical, hydraulics using other multi-craft Mechanic/Technician skills.

Proactive approach to equipment maintenance and repair with strong communication skills

Meet pre-employment screening requirements of the client.

Be permanently eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship as none is available.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on injection molding and related manufacturing equipment

Diagnose and repair electrical and hydraulic systems

Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical issues quickly and effectively

Read and interpret mechanical and electrical blueprints (training available if needed)

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and machine downtime

Work closely with production teams to minimize equipment downtime

Qualifications & Skills

Strong mechanical aptitude with a hands-on approach to problem-solving

Experience with electrical and hydraulic systems required

Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics (or willingness to learn)

Understanding of preventive maintenance programs

Prior experience in injection molding preferred

Self-motivated, reliable, and team oriented
