IT Account Services Representative- EST/CST

Job Description

Yoh has an immediate, 12-month contract-to-hire opportunity for an IT Account Services Analyst to support our client, within the non profit/humanitarian industry in a remote capacity, EST or CST time zone.

Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM EST

Max Hourly Rate: $18/hr.

Creating, modifying, and deactivating user accounts in Active Directory and other enterprise systems

Managing group memberships, permissions, and role-based access controls

Processing account requests from HR feeds, service tickets, and automated workflows

Performing periodic audits of user accounts and access rights

Troubleshooting and resolving account-related issues

Supporting identity management across applications like Microsoft 365, ERP systems, and SaaS platforms

Collaborating with application owners to maintain accurate access mappings

Maintaining documentation and generating reports for compliance and audits

Identifying opportunities to streamline account management processes

Assisting in automation and self-service implementationWho You Are

2+ year of experience in IT support, identity & access management, or account services

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Hands-on experience with Active Directory and user provisioning

Familiarity with Microsoft 365, ERP systems, and SaaS platforms

Understanding of role-based access control (RBAC) and strong understanding of IAM principles and security best practices.

Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently during evening hours

Exposure to compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, ISO) is a plus

ITIL Foundations a plus
