Deck Builders - Laborer to Foreman

Job Description

We are seeking Skilled Carpenters and Experienced Lead Carpenters to join our team. We specialize in constructing custom composite decks, gazebos, pergolas, spa enclosures and other outdoor structures. Convergence Construction also provides interior remodeling service.

ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry techniques and be able to lead projects from start to finish with little-to-no direction. This role requires a commitment to quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others. As a Lead Carpenter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all carpentry work meets our high standards of excellence. Must have own transportation & valid driver's license!

Job Requirements:

Oversee and manage carpentry projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.

Ability to construct a deck and/or other project from start to finish with little-to-no direction.

Execute finish trim carpentry tasks, including installation of composite finish trim

Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

Proven experience in carpentry with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

Expertise in carpentry, trim carpentry, deck framing & deck building

Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior carpenters and coordinate assigning tasks effectively.

A commitment to safety practices on job sites and adherence to building codes and regulations.
