Urgent Hiring – Receptionist (Female Only)
Location: S.G. Highway, Ahmedabad
Salary: Up to 22,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors, verify their identity, and direct them appropriately.
Communication Hub: Handle incoming calls, provide information, transfer calls, and take accurate messages.
Administrative Support: Manage mail, photocopying, filing, and office supplies.
Scheduling & Coordination: Maintain appointment calendars, book meeting rooms, and assist with travel arrangements.
Reception Maintenance: Keep the front desk area neat, organized, and professional at all times.
Qualification & Skills:
Minimum: Graduate (any stream)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling)
