Application Instructions

Position Description

Principal Responsibilities:

Perform labor by building display counters, gondolas, cash wraps, pallet racking, graphic and retrofit installation

Coordinate with customer's store planners on a daily basis

Transform the retail environment to maximize satisfaction and sales for the retail client

Further opportunities exist in supervision

Other Duties As Assigned: Performs other related duties as assigned including supporting team members in the completion of their work for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the business.

Position Requirements

Experience/Skills:

Experience with new construction and/or remodels for nationwide big box retailers preferred, but not required

Experience with merchandising preferred, but not required

Ability to travel for specific periods of time preferred

Carpentry skills preferred, but not required

Leadership or Superintendent experience welcomed, but not required

Success Factors:

Excellent work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

The employee is expected to adhere to all company policies

Must be willing to work various shifts (days and/or nights)

Valid state driver's license required

Consistent personality, dependable nature, and willingness to learn are necessary

Must possess the skills to multi-task and work in a team setting
