Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Automotive Service Technician to join our growing service department. The ideal candidate has experience working in a dealership environment and is confident in their ability to diagnose and repair various vehicle systems efficiently and accurately. Job Type & Schedule
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday, rotating Saturdays
Pay: $22-$45 per hour based on previous experience and qualifications
Responsibilities
Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards
Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, brake, steering, suspension, electrical, and HVAC systems
Use diagnostic tools and OEM equipment to troubleshoot and resolve vehicle concerns
Communicate with service advisors regarding vehicle issues, timelines, and recommendations
Complete warranty work following factory procedures and documentation requirements
Maintain a clean and safe workspace, and follow all dealership safety protocols
Stay current with required training and certifications
Qualifications
Automotive repair experience preferred
Ford certifications are a plus (or willingness to obtain)
Experience using diagnostic tools and service software
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent required
