KEY ACTIVITIES

Business Development & Sales Growth:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Permian Basin.

Develop and implement territory sales strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key operators, service companies, and decision-makers.

Technical Sales & Customer Support:

Serve as the primary point of contact for technical sales discussions related to SwellPlug and other TAQA completion technologies.

Provide product information, technical presentations, and applicable field support to customers.

Identify regional best practices, implementation of lessons learned, and ensure proper on-site execution support where needed for product success.

Assist in troubleshooting and optimizing the application of SwellPlug solutions in well completion and production enhancement.

Market Intelligence & Strategy Alignment:

Gather insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.

Work closely with regional sales, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

Support pricing strategies and commercial models based on value-driven sales approaches.

Project & Sales Cycle Management:

Utilize CRM, ERP, and other sales tools to track customer interactions, sales progress, and project execution.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer orders and projects.

Drive customer engagement through workshops, industry events, and technical forums to promote technology adoption.

INDIVIDUAL QHSE RESPONSIBILITIES

To demonstrate commitment to the quality of service, including quality of records produced, aiming at meeting and exceeding customer expectations

To demonstrate personal commitment to protection of Health, Safety and the Environment

To follow company QHSE Policy, relevant operational procedures, HSE procedures and risk assessments

To communicate and report on any perceived non-conformances or faults in the service provided or in the company's Quality or HSE Management Systems

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree, or equivalent competence in relevant oilfield engineering discipline

EXPERIENCE / SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE

Demonstrated experience and understanding of completion technologies

Ability to network and drive connections, and identify key decision makers while fostering long term relationships

Track record in commercialising disruptive technologies

Show a strong understanding of client drivers and market dynamics

Experience in business development and effective sales processes

Proven financial acumen in developing pricing models based on value case

5 -10yrs Experience in completion and intervention system design and installation

Experience in pumping applications/treatments and associated operational challenges & considerations

Proven ability to engage with clients in conceptual development, value case development and project collaboration

Ability to develop detailed understanding of advanced technology

Knowledge of well construction, completion designs (understanding in well electronics would be a plus)

Understanding of business drivers and ability to apply commercial acumen to internal and customer funded new product development plans

Superb communication skills to engage with internal personnel and effectively communicate with clients and at industry events.
