The Role

Our Bentley site is where we manufacture and distribute a range of milk and milk-based products, made with fresh milk sourced direct from over 30 farms in the Albany, Harvey and Northcliffe regions of south-western WA. The site currently manufactures in excess of 70 million litres a year including the state's number one flavoured milk product - Masters!

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Team Manager – Manufacturing to join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering high-quality products while fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

The incumbent is expected to work some alternative Friday & weekends, no Sunday. The shift details are below:

Day Shift: 5.30AM - 3PM

Afternoon Shift: 2.30PM - midnight

Responsibilities

Supervising & directing team members to achieve results and deliver KPI

Monitor established performance indicators, including variance reports, production reports, quality reports, and injury reports

Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations to minimize industrial injuries and meet regulatory requirements.

Driving continuous improvement, executing broad plan activities, embedding standard work, and eliminating waste management

Contribute to and deliver on the site and team culture and engagement plans

About you

Proven experience in manufacturing environment

Good understanding of quality system including HACCP and GMP

Problem solving skills – process-based decision making and conflict solution & excellent communication skill across different stakeholders

Leadership skill – ability to coach and influence team members

Computer literacy – experience with Word, Excel, Outlook and automated system – SCADA, iFix,…
