Business Controller l automotive

For a pioneer in retail based in Brussels, with innovation and sustainability as core values, we are looking for a Business Controller to support their growth and transition towards sustainable mobility.

As their Business Controller, you will strengthen the finance team, acting as a strategic and operational business partner and reporting directly to the CFO. You will play a central role in shaping and steering financial performance while managing operational expenses.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze financial performance and support decision-making with actionable insights.

Participate in budgeting, forecasts, and business cases.

Coordinate reporting across multiple departments and projects.

Optimize cost structures and monitor cash flow.

Internal and External audits

Serve as key user for financial tools and ERP systems.

Contribute to digital transformation and IT development projects.

Report directly to the CFO

What you bring as a Business Controller

Master in Finance, Economics or Accounting

4+ years of experience in controlling.

Good knowledge of French and English. Dutch is a big plus.

Knowledge of SAP, Power BI and Essbase is a plus.
