We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Chantilly, Virginia. In this role, you will support the warehouse department by accurately managing and inputting data to ensure smooth operations. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position offering an excellent opportunity for growth and skill development.
Responsibilities:
• Enter and update data with precision and efficiency to maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure seamless data flow and reporting.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to organize, analyze, and manage information effectively.
• Perform numeric and alphanumeric data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy.
• Maintain organized documentation and support the team with administrative tasks.
• Handle CRM systems, such as Salesforce, to manage and track relevant data.
• Ensure all data entry processes comply with company standards and guidelines.
• Identify and correct errors in data to uphold accuracy requirements.
• Communicate effectively with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve workflows.
• Provide timely updates and reports on data-related activities to management.• Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and software.
• Prior experience working in an office or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
