AI Business Process Analyst

Location: Staffhouse Road BCEZ-PEZA, Loakan Rd, Baguio, 2600 Benguet Reports To: Head of IT Departments Job Type: Full-time Salary Range: 16,000 ~ 25,000 Key Responsibilities: Conduct an in-depth analysis of existing operational workflows across the company Create detailed documentation, feasibility studies, business cases, and report to evaluate the effectiveness of delivered products Any tasks delegated by the Project Manager Collaborate with stakeholders to define project details, specifically, HR, IT, and Finance Stay updated and willing to explore AI technologies Provide support to end-users Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.

Willing to learn AI Tools Has a background in technical writing, research, or project documentation Experience in Process modeling, requirements gathering, and Solution Documentation Familiarity and experience with AI is an advantage Background in IT is an advantage as well Notion and Google Workspaces; OpenProject is a plus Skills & Competencies Analytical Excellence: Superior analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
