Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (occasional overtime as needed)Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Repair Technician to join our team. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of commercial turf equipment, including mowers, utility vehicles, and small engines. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.Key Responsibilities:

Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems on turf equipment.

Perform routine maintenance and preventative services to ensure optimal equipment performance.

Maintain accurate service records and complete work orders in a timely manner.

Use diagnostic tools and technical manuals to identify issues and determine appropriate repairs.

Communicate effectively with service managers and customers regarding repair status and recommendations.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.

Stay current with industry trends and manufacturer training.Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training preferred.

2+ years of experience in equipment repair, preferably in turf, agricultural, or construction equipment.

Proficiency in reading schematics, service manuals, and diagnostic software.

Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various outdoor conditions.Preferred Skills:

Experience with brands such as Toro, John Deere, or similar.

Familiarity with computerized diagnostic tools and service software.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.Benefits:

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
