Job Title: Porter

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Porter to join the team located in Romsey.

Role Summary:

•The primary responsibilities and tasks of the Porter are:

•Assist and manage all moves & changes on site

•Help facilitate overall site activities

•To respect and act according to CBRE’s rules, regulations and values RISE: (Respect, Integrity, Service & Excellence)

•Ensure all client stakeholder requirements are met

•Be able to utilise mobile data technologies to manage workload

•Escorting and management of third-party vendors

•Assist with FM delivery of site activities

•Build rapport with clients and stakeholders

•Be willing to learn new skills and want to develop oneself

•Any other reasonable requests

Essential:

•Must be able to gain security clearance

Desired Experience:

•Forklift licence

•Similar role

•Exceptional Customer Service Skills

•COSHH knowledge
