Roofing Laborer- Service – Join Our Growing Team!

Are you looking to build a long-term career in the roofing industry? At DDP Roofing Services, Inc., we are seeking motivated, hardworking individuals to join our team as Roofing Laborers. No prior roofing experience? No problem — we are willing to train the right candidates who bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

What You’ll Do

Assist Roofers and Foremen with preparing job sites and installing a wide variety of roofing systems, including metal, shingles, single-ply systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM), slate, asphalt, and more.

Keep job sites clean and safe by removing debris.

Help with installation of insulation, vapor barriers, and overlapping roofing layers.

Apply adhesives, caulking, sealants, and protective coatings.

Assist with repairs by sealing cracks, defects, or damaged areas.

Operate hand and power tools, as well as vehicles and equipment, as needed.

What We’re Looking For

Motivated individuals eager to learn and grow in the trade.

Basic construction knowledge is a plus but not required — we’ll train!

Ability to work safely, follow instructions, and handle the physical demands of roofing work.

A team player with good communication skills.

Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
