At CenturyStone, we are currently searching for an exceptional Sales Representative who is self-sufficient, highly skilled, coachable, and a master at follow up. This is about 50% one call close and 50% follow up type of sale, and our sales cycle is typically 1-3 weeks. We take pride in hiring the best in the industry, professionals who will a deliver a top-notch presentation and white glove service to our clients. We are the premiere custom, decorative concrete overlays company in the U.S. and we sell a product no one else has.

Our Sales Representatives, known as Designers, operate in a dynamic environment, utilizing their expertise to assess clients’ needs and goals to design and provide tailor-made solutions for their concrete overlay project. We are the only company of our kind that offers a lifetime transferrable warranty and whose products don’t require maintenance or resealing. This is a golden opportunity for sales professionals eager for growth, increased flexibility, and control of their schedules. We are set to expand with new affiliates across the country so the opportunity for upward mobility within the company for the right candidate is huge! We are hiring only one designer per territory and are therefore being extremely selective.

At CenturyStone, we understand that extraordinary performance deserves extraordinary compensatio. It is possible for our Sales Representatives/Designers to earn $150,000 in their first year and second-year Designers can make $250,000 or more. You will also earn an additional 5% commission for self-generated leads so sky’s the limit!

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

Must have a valid driver's license

Must have reliable transportation

Must have own Ipad

Must have excellent communication

Must be willing to complete a pre-employment screen

Must have prior direct sales experience

High-ticket service sales are preferred but not required

Knowledge of home improvement sales is preferred

Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is preferred but not required

Job Responsibilities:

Our designers are trained to function as custom concrete overlay experts, and as such, are expected to maintain the highest standards of professional appearance and conduct at all times. Designers are expected to meet minimum standards of performance and constantly strive to improve and work toward their peak potential, as we believe rising tides lift all boats - small, consistent improvements lead to huge wins for the individual and the team alike.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
