Key Responsibilities:
Prepare delicious food and baked goods according to planned menus.
Maintain accurate daily reports of transactions.
Understand meal inclusions and serve food in line with meal schedules and policies.
Ensure proper storage of food in a clean and sanitary manner.
Utilize kitchen equipment safely and effectively, especially knives.
Timely preparation of a variety of food items and beverages with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of storage and kitchen equipment.
Adhere to all food safety regulations concerning sanitation and food handling.
Follow uniform and cleanliness standards diligently.
Communicate regularly with the manager to prepare for daily menu needs.
Supervise food temperature to ensure safety standards.
Keep work and storage areas organized and pristine.
Conduct thorough cleaning of kitchen areas, including sweeping and mopping.
Manage garbage collection points and floor areas to maintain sanitation.
Perform additional kitchen duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Food Service Certificate as required.
