Emerging technologies like Generated AI or Artificial Intelligence (AI) have the potential to bring substantial value to organisations. However, to maximize this value, organisations need to trust these technologies with sensitive applications and processes, which requires full control of the diverse set of risks that exist in this space.

For example: what are the consequences if an algorithm steers actions to persons based on incomplete or faulty data? Or were sufficient ethical safeguards applied during the development of AI systems, in line with the code of conduct of the company? These, and many more potential pitfalls make trusting AI systems a multi-facetted issue, that adresses the optimal use of smart IT systems by aligning policy and governance with data, security and privacy.

KPMG offers a perfect balance to its customers in this context: the know-how to create potent technological solutions in a practical setting, but also the deep historical experience with control of risks, which allows to pursue more impactful applications.

KPMG Belgium is searching for a manager that is ready to sink their teeth into this topic, to organise an appealing commercial approach to clients, to intrigue and convince stakeholders by the topic, and to lead the delivery of projects.

Your tasks

You shape the commercial offering around Trusted AI within KPMG Belgium, in interaction with experts, the international KPMG network, and clients

You shape the go-to-market strategy around this, and execute it, including leading sales activities

You manage Trusted AI projects

You manage team members on projects, and mentor them in their broader development

You support in the broader offering, go-to-market, and project execution of the Advanced Analytics and Machine Learning competence of KPMG Belgium

You develop long lasting client relationships

You take up managerial tasks with KPMG Belgium's Lighthouse, also in collaboration with the other Lighthouse competences

Skills & Qualifications

You have a strong and proven affinity with AI or data analytics, with experience in practical projects;

You have finished a Master study with 3 to 6 years of experience;

You have experience in the go-to-market within consultancy; Digging into the topic of Trusted AI is a challenge that fascinates you;

You combine a an-do mentality with strong commercial reflexes, and enjoy convincing clients of the added value of KPMG's services;

You want to grow personally and professionally;

You insist on delivering high quality work, and combine confidence with a professionally critical attitude.

Fluent in Dutch and English is a must! (French is a plus)
