Overview: TP-LINK Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and growth of our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offerings that complement our Home Networking and Smart Home product ecosystem.
This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, user experience, and business impact - driving innovative subscription services and connected software experiences that enhance how customers connect, automate, and manage their smart homes and networks.
Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Definition * Collaborate with leadership to define and execute the SaaS product roadmap aligned with TP-LINK's strategic vision for connected devices and digital services.
* Translate customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends into clear product requirements and success metrics.
* Partner with cross-functional teams-including hardware, cloud engineering, and UX-to ensure seamless integration between SaaS platforms and TP-LINK devices.
Product Development & Execution * Drive the full product development lifecycle-from concept and design through delivery and iteration-ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.
* Work closely with engineering, QA, and project management to define priorities, manage timelines, and ensure on-time delivery of product milestones.
* Identify risks and proactively remove roadblocks to maintain development velocity.
Go-to-Market & Growth Enablement * Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success to define pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies for subscription products.
* Develop metrics to measure product performance and adoption, leveraging analytics to guide data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
* Champion the customer experience, ensuring that our SaaS products deliver measurable value and long-term engagement.
Lifecycle & Portfolio Management * Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of SaaS products-from initial launch through feature expansion and optimization.
* Continuously evaluate market feedback and platform performance to refine the roadmap and maintain product-market fit.
* Collaborate with finance and operations to monitor subscription health, churn, and renewal rates.
