* We have a culture that encourages an entrepreneurial spirit * We offer multiple opportunities for development and upward mobility What You'll Do: * Communicate in Appraisal Management software for pre-closing and post-closing appraisal requests * Monitor appraisal orders in progress including but not limited to; follow up on orders in process, track due dates, manual order placement, contacting independent appraisers or AMCs, providing vendor performance feedback * Analyze daily reports to manage pipeline and correct errors in the Loan Origination and Appraisal Management Systems * Resolve escalated situations pertaining to the appraisal procurement process and service level expectations * Act as the primary contact for all internal business partners for status updates and assistance until appraisal has been reviewed, released and approved Qualifications: * Working knowledge of residential appraisal, residential mortgage loan, financial or banking is preferred.
* Working knowledge of basic technology (outlook, excel) and the ability to adapt to new software * High School or equivalent degree.
* Strong time management and administrative skills * Positive and Customer focused attitude * Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with firm deadlines.
* Must have excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication (both written and oral), and telephone etiquette skills.
* This position is non-exempt.
