Licensed Mental Health Therapist LCSW / LPC / LMFT Texas

Salary: $100,000–$110,000

Schedule: Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position Summary

We’re looking for licensed Texas-based therapists to provide high-quality virtual care. In this position, you’ll guide individuals through emotional and behavioral challenges using proven clinical techniques in a structured, remote work environment.

Primary Duties

Provide teletherapy services to individuals and groups

Develop customized treatment strategies

Implement CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed modalities

Conduct assessments and monitor client progress

Collaborate with care teams when necessary

Ensure all clinical documentation meets state and HIPAA standards

Requirements

Active LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license in the state of Texas

Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field

Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (telehealth experience preferred)

Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Strong communication and documentation skills
