Fire Safety Upgrade (Full Plans Submission)

Im preparing the Building Control submission for Morgan’s House (2-bed children’s home) and need an updated plan based on the existing CAD drawing.

Please create a Fire Strategy / Proposed Plan using the attached floor plan as the base.

It just needs to show: • 6 x FD30s fire doors (lounge, kitchen, gas meter cupboard, and 3 bedrooms including the office) • L1 fire alarm system compliant with BS 5839-1:2025, with automatic detection in all rooms, corridors, communal spaces, and service areas, plus manual call points at exits and an addressable control panel near the main entrance • 3 emergency lights (hallway near exit, landing, and kitchen/living area) • Escape arrows showing direction to exits
