Plant Supervisor
$60,000K-$70,000K/yr
Monday-Friday 6:00am-3:30pm
Columbus, Ohio

What You’ll Do:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field, with HACCP certification required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in food manufacturing, ideally within a USDA FSIS-regulated meat facility; import/export experience is an asset.
Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, USDA/FDA regulations, and food safety standards, with a proven commitment to regulatory compliance.
Demonstrated leadership ability to coach, motivate, and develop teams in a fast-paced production environment.
Skilled in production scheduling, workflow optimization, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) with experience using ERP or production management software .
Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, health and safety, and cost-control strategies, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Able to work in a refrigerated (0 C–4 C) production facility with flexibility for occasional overtime or weekend work.
