Key Responsibilities:Assess, monitor, and manage critically ill patients.Administer medications and perform interventions as ordered.Utilize advanced monitoring equipment and support devices.Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and clinical changes.

Requirements:Current RN license in good standing.BLS and ACLS required; CCRN preferred.Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience.Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
