The role includes the supervision of staff and the delivery of care, maintaining a good working relationship with other disciplines, and promoting positive public relations for the Nursing Department.

The RN will also float to geriatric and adult behavioral health units as needed.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n Implement philosophy, goals, and standards of the Nursing Department.\n Formulate and monitor capital, personnel, and operating budgets.\n Direct staffing and scheduling of personnel.\n Supervise employees in the delivery of care.\n Plan and coordinate staff orientation and educational needs.\n\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n\n Inpatient Adolescent Psych experience required.\n BLS certification required.\n De-escalation training/certification required.\n Willingness to attend SAFE Training Course onsite if needed.\n\n\nWhy ARMStaffing?\n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
