About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused 3rd Shift Supervisor to oversee overnight operations in industrial and waste management services. This role ensures that environmental, safety, and production standards are met while leading a team of general laborers and environmental technicians in maintaining facility operations and waste-handling processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate 3rd shift staff performing general labor and environmental work

Monitor waste handling, processing, and disposal activities to ensure regulatory compliance

Enforce safety procedures and conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas

Assign tasks, track performance, and ensure timely completion of operational goals

Train and mentor team members on environmental, safety, and operational protocols

Complete shift reports and communicate key updates to management and other shifts

Qualifications:

Prior supervisory or lead experience required

Knowledge of safety, environmental, and OSHA regulations

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities overnight

Comfortable working in an industrial setting with physical activity and environmental exposure

3-2-3 schedule, $26.25 an hour!
