Lincoln is seeking a qualified Project Manager Assistant with 2 to 5 years’ experience in Structural/Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Construction Technology who is interested in joining a Rockstar Team. The right individual will be an ambitious, creative, hardworking, ethical and fun driven team player!

Electronic and hard plan experience

Project Manager Support

Job Management and direct the flow/direction with active projects

Job Scheduling with hard and software programing

Change order support

Creating and publishing meeting notes and documentation with clients, contractors and vendors

Submittal and shop drawing review with projected and current job conditions

Active Construction Site Superintendent Support

Plans and specifications

Project documentation

Means and methods of material placement

Daily and weekly scheduling

Coordination with various trade contractors
