Job Description
The front desk associate is responsible for: (i) greeting and managing patients; (ii) patient scheduling; and (iii) maintaining the appearance and order of the office for a busy, multiple physician/provider OB-GYN practice . The front desk associate must schedule appointments and handle any appointment changes, cancellations, etc. appropriately. Customer Service and telephone etiquette are a must. The candidate needs to be detail oriented, have good organizational skills, and handle tasks efficiently and by priority. This position will cross train and cover the the practice's scheduler position as needed and as the practice requires.
