BRECOflex is hiring a driven Industrial Sales Representative to expand our presence in high-potential territories. This field-based role focuses on Distribution and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) channels, helping customers reduce downtime and improve performance through tailored belt and drive solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong Distributor and MRO relationships

• Conduct on-site visits and recommend tailored solutions

• Deliver product demos and troubleshoot belt systems

• Maintain CRM records and follow up on quotes

• Plan travel efficiently to maximize account coverage

• Identify growth opportunities and convert competitor accounts

• Book travel and submit expense reports

• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs

• Contribute to strategy and annual sales forecasting

Must-Have Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record

• Self-motivated with strong home-office discipline

• In the field sales visits - 3 to 4 days a week

• Overnight Travel (50%)

• 2+ years in sales or application engineering (industrial or MRO preferred)

• CRM proficiency (desktop & mobile)

• Excellent communication & presentation skills

• Detail-oriented with a consultative approach

• Reliable vehicle for business travel

Preferred Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

5+ years of outside sales in Distribution or MRO

Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Teams)

Familiarity with industrial maintenance cycles and terminology

Bilingual English / Spanish

Work Environment

Remote/home office with regular field travel

Industrial settings: warehouses, offices, and manufacturing floors

Physical activity: walking, standing, sitting, on-site evaluations
