SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER II

QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP, a leader in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, and manufacturing industry, is looking for a talented, highly motivated and enthusiastic to join our team. Responsibilities:

Ensures that suppliers deliver quality parts, materials, and services.

Qualifies suppliers according to company standards and may administer a Certified Supplier Program in receiving inspection to ensure cost effectiveness.

Monitors parts from acquisition through the manufacturing cycle and communicates and resolves supplier-related problems as they occur.

Responsible for projects associate to component acceptance activities and inspections process.

Implement and work with inspection plans

Review measurement qualification method.

Negotiation with suppliers to implement correct acceptance activities and inspections process.

Supplier qualification

Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Engineering

3+ years of Previous Experience

Basic Knowledge in GD&T

Component Qualification

IQ/OQ/PQ

Applied Measurement System Analysis

Appropriate selection of acceptance criteria and sampling plans

Incoming inspection plan

Communicate internal and external with client

Acceptance activities or inspections process optimization

Statistical skills

Negotiation skills

Qualification experience

Bilingual

Availability for 1st shift
