Position Title: Scientist

Position Summary

We are seeking highly motivated individuals for multiple Scientist roles with our client in Ridgefield, CT. These positions require a strong laboratory background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Pay rate: $25- $35/ hr. (depending on level)

Location: Ridgefield, CT

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry or a related scientific discipline and 2+ years of relevant experience

Master's degree in Biochemistry or a related scientific discipline and 1+ years of relevant experience

Strong foundational knowledge in a few of the below skill sets for biology, Chemistry and biochemistry, including:

SDS-PAGE

Western blot analysis

HPLC

Protein characterization

Aggregation

Glycosylation

General protein analysis

Tissue Blocking

Karl Fisher

Ability to multi-task and manage multiple experiments simultaneously

Strong team orientation and collaboration skills

Excellent troubleshooting abilities

Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work in both local and international, interdisciplinary environments
