Field Sales Representative – Cross-Border
The Field Sales Representative – Cross-Border is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing business opportunities that involve international trade, particularly between Mexico and the United States.
This role focuses on providing tailored logistics solutions, building strong client relationships, and ensuring seamless service delivery across borders.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue cross-border sales opportunities in the manufacturing sector.
Develop and execute strategic account plans for clients with operations in both Mexico and the U.S
Collaborate with regional sales teams to align pricing, promotions, and service offerings.
Understand client needs and provide customized logistics solutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Researches and understands the territory to identify and establish business contacts with potential customers.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customs, finance) to ensure smooth execution of cross-border shipments.
Stay informed on market trends, trade regulations, and competitor activity.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and client feedback.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience in Cross Border Sales.
Relevant experience as a hunter.
Fluency in English
Salesforce experience will be a plus.
Excellent communication skills, adaptable and fast learner.
