How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

The Master Data Intern reports to the Master Data Team Lead or Supervisor. This position is responsible for performing daily tasks related to master data, ensuring all vendor and customer data is accurately and efficiently processed and maintained. The role is focused on the timely entry and verification of data and learning the processes and systems used in the Business Service Center.

Job Responsibilities

Master Data Operations:

Process incoming requests for new vendor and customer creation or changes to existing data.

Assist in ensuring all master data is processed correctly and efficiently.

Collaborate with other departments, such as AP, Billing, and Operations, to obtain necessary information for data entry.

Compliance and Administration:

Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to data integrity and internal controls.

Maintain accurate records and files for all master data activities.

Participate in training sessions to learn new processes, systems, and tools.

Team Collaboration and Support:

Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure daily goals are met.

Communicate with the Team Lead or Supervisor regarding any issues or questions that arise.

Assist other departments as needed to ensure compliance with master data policies.

Are you a MATCH?

Education

It is mandatory to be a university student in the last year or last year and a half of the career in Accounting, Finance, or a business-related field.

Experience/Certifications

Experience in a Master Data, Accounts Payable, or a related finance role is a plus, but not required.

Familiarity with ERP systems like Oracle or SAP is preferred.

Language Requirements

Intermediate English language is required.

Spanish is mandatory.

Knowledge and Skills

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.

Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
