Job Description
We are looking for a motivated EH&S Coordinator to join our team in Thompson Falls, MT. In this role, you’ll partner with site leadership to promote a safe work environment, ensure compliance with OSHA standards, and support a culture where safety is a top priority. The ideal candidate has a solid background in construction safety, understands the electrical industry, and is comfortable working both in the field and alongside management.
Pay:
Coordinator Level II: $38-44/hr
Job Responsibilities:
Inspect jobsites, tools, and equipment to identify hazards and ensure compliance with OSHA, company, and GC/Owner requirements
Support and lead incident investigations for employee injuries, illnesses, property damage, and vehicle accidents
Conduct and facilitate safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and ongoing education for employees and supervisors
Recommend safe work processes and demonstrate proper use of PPE
Verify that tools, machinery, and protective equipment are maintained, functional, and safe for use
Promote safety awareness and a strong culture of accountability across teams
Job Requirements:
4+ years of experience in the construction industry
OSHA 30 Certification required
Excellent understanding of the electrical industry
Thorough understanding of and the ability to enforce all federal, state, local, and corporate regulations
Ability to recognize hazards and implement corrective actions quickly and effectively
Strong communication skills - able to work with employees at all levels
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications
Journeyman Electrical License or RTT
Completion of OSHA 510 course
Professional certifications such as:
Construction Health & Safety Technician (CHST – BCSP)
Certified Electrical Safety Technician (CEST – NFPA)
Experience in root cause analysis for accident investigations
