1st Shift Customer Service Representative

Location: Columbus, OH

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hourPosition Overview

Midway Staffing is seeking a reliable and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team in Columbus, OH. This position plays a key role in supporting dealers, contractors, and designers through outstanding service, order management, and communication. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping customers find the right solutions, we’d love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, and designers.

Process customer orders, payments, and manage returns or replacements efficiently.

Assist clients with product selection and layout interpretation.

Organize and maintain accurate customer files and documentation.

Collect customer feedback and report service or product issues promptly.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer needs.Qualifications & Requirements

Previous customer service experience required; experience in cabinetry or home design is a plus.

Experience with order entry systems and CRM software (e.g., QuickBooks, Fishbowl).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accurate data entry/typing skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer
